Fees & Insurance: 

For many people, getting to appointments can be overwhelming to say the least. Because our goal is to make the process as easy as possible, we have implemented an online payment system for our customers to pay their weekly or individual session fees from the comfort of their home/office, online, via our encrypted, secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. In addition, the following additional options are available:

We accept the following forms of reimbursement:

1) Self pay including payment from health savings & flexible savings account programs (HSA or FSA Cards).

2) Traditional Insurances  - We are an "In Network Provider" for the following insurance providers:

Motion Picture Insurance, Optum Behavioral Health Insurance, OSCAR, and United Health Care. 

We are an "Out of Network Provider" for Tricare Insurance. 

In terms of  PPO insurances that are not a part of the above groups,  we are considered an "Out Of Network Provider" and as a courtesy will provide a monthly "Super Bill"; however, payment will be required weekly.
